Prayer is us immersing ourselves into Who He is.
Today’s Meditation and prayer.
04/10/25 Happy sacred season of Love (Holy Lent)
God is Love (1 John 4:7); therefore, the act of loving Him and others, as well as receiving love from Him and others, becomes holy and sacred. That’s why Lent is sacred and holy, because it is the season that offers us the tremendous honor to step into the holy forty days that our Lord spent in the wilderness out of love for us, as well as to journey with Him “side by side” during His holy passion that He went through for us.
Our Lenten journey is our “heart-to-heart” walk with Love Himself. It is a sacred time that we are asked to give our loving and total “yes” to the Giver of graces so that He may take full possession of our senses, appetites, intellect, desires, and of our whole being and to purify us inside out through His Holy Passion so we might be rooted in love and love alone and to truly live out our sacred unity with Him through our reception of the Most Holy Eucharist in a state of grace.
So, brothers and sisters, let’s fast from our hearts. How? First, by imitating our Blessed Mother, the Immaculata, who pondered, nurtured, and treasured what is sacred.
Therefore, let us too ponder the sacred nature of the One Who is Love Himself, our Incarnated Lord and God, Jesus Christ, Who is Kindness, Patience, Wisdom, Forgiveness, Peace, Compassion, Obedience to the Most Holy Will of the Father, Humility, Purity, Selflessness, Gentleness incarnate and Who is a total gift of oneself through His Holy Incarnation and Holy Presence in the Most Holy Eucharist (through transubstantiation).
Let’s nurture, ponder, and treasure Who He is daily (a virtue a day), for by doing so, all these virtues will take root within us and will be the genesis of our actions, thoughts, words, appetites and desires; and the virtuous life that people around us will witness, will be just an overflow of what is within us.
Now, brothers and sisters, let us beg the Holy Spirit for His Mighty help, for though we may have the will to do good, we are incapable of doing anything on our own. Let’s pray (If you can, I would like to invite you to pray in front of the Most Blessed Sacrament and if you are unable to go see the Lord, FaceTime Him by putting an online live holy adoration.)
In the name of the Father, of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, amen. Breathe in, breathe out; breathe in, breathe out; Spirit of Gentleness and Love, Unfailing Spirit, I beg you, take me before my Heavenly Father, for I yearn to be in His Mighty Presence. (Breathe in, breathe out, you are now before the One Who loves you infinitely. Breathe in, breathe out;)
“Heavenly Father, my Lord and my God, You are Love, and all you do is Love. I beg You, through the merit of the Holy Passion of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and through the Immaculate Heart of my Blessed Mother, to purify all my senses. I (say your name) submit myself to You and You alone, for I belong to you:
My eyes are at Your service, to contemplate the work of Your Holy Hands;
My tongue is at Your service, to praise You; to proclaim the good news; to speak the truth and only the truth, and to say only what edifies others and glorifies Your Holy name;
My hands are at Your service to serve You and You alone;
My mind is at Your service, to ponder only what is good, and holy;
My ears are at Your service, to listen to Your Holy Words and what glorifies Your Holy name;
My sense of smell is at Your service, to be attentive to the movements of Your Spirit;
My feet are at Your service, to go wholeheartedly in haste to serve You , for I yearn to love You and others with the Pierced Living Heart of my Savior;
I yearn to work and serve You with the Pierced Hands of my Redeemer;
I yearn to walk on the path that You are calling me, to go wherever You desire me to go with the Pierced Feet of my Master, for I live to serve You, my Lord and my God. Heavenly Father, into Your hands I entrust myself as my Savior entrusted His Spirit to You. I seal this prayer with the Mighty name of my Redeemer, Jesus Christ. Amen
Second, we are in the great holy season of Love, and as we stated above, we are journeying with our Lord in the desert where He was tempted. We too, will be greatly tempted. But when we are tempted, the sin that the evil one is tempting us to do or the sin that we find ourselves struggling with, let’s resist by pondering, nurturing, and treasuring the virtue opposite to that sin. Let’s make the evil one work for us by using the area he is challenging us as a “light” to the part of our hearts that we need to immerse in the infinite Mercy of our Savior by going to confession and sincerely practicing what we talked above. It will require a lot of dying to oneself, which will be very challenging and painful, but let’s remember that we can do anything through the One Who strengthens us, and the victory is already His and therefore ours. Let us embrace the pain of our crosses as people who are witnesses to the Holy Resurrection of our Lord, as those who know the beautiful and unfathomable end of the story.
When our Lord Jesus Christ was in the flesh, before His Holy Passion, the first Apostles journeyed with Him as followers but were not yet witnesses of His Holy Resurrection. We, on the other hand, are highly privileged to journey with Him in the desert as followers and witnesses of His victory over death, for we undergo our penances, begging for our Lord’s purification as Easter people, singing our alleluia through our daily actions, words, thoughts, and minds.
Lastly, brothers and sisters, let us, before speaking, looking, asking a question, listening to something, and before acting, ask ourselves, “Is love the root of my actions? Of what I am going to say or ask? Will what I am going to say, listen to, or look at bear the fruits of the Holy Spirit in me and the person (s) that I am interacting with?
Now, we are going to conclude our reflection with the holy words of our big brother saint Paul in Roman 12:1, “I urge you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God, your spiritual worship”, and with this poem:
Squeeze Your Glory out of me my Lord and my God
My Lord, echoing our big brother saint Augustine of Hippo, late have I recognized You;
Late have I recognized Your voice;
Late have I recognized that Love Himself dwells in me;
Late have I recognized that Love Himself was proposing to me;
Late have I recognized that the King of Glory was calling me to be totally His;
Late have I said yes to You my Lord;
Late have I given up everything for You;
Late have I made myself completely available to You my Lord;
Late have I recognized that Beauty Himself was wedding Himself to me;
Late have I known my true identity;
Late have I been submissive to You my only Love;
Late have I sung my hymn of gratitude for Who You are and for what You have done for me;
Late have I adored You and served You with my heart;
Late have I seen You in me;
Late have I honored our sacred union in the Most Holy Eucharist;
Late have I been docile to Your Spirit;
Late have I sought Your ways.
My Lord, and my God, now I have recognized You and I have heard You calling me.
I fully and wholeheartedly give myself to You and You alone. Squeeze Your glory out of me my Lord, for I live to give glory to Your Mighty name.
Praise be to our Living Savior in the Most Blessed Sacrament, now and forever.
We love You Heavenly Father!
02/28/25 Blessed Unity
Brothers and sisters, today I would like to invite you to join me in a small interior contemplative prayer. It would be best to go to confession, Holy Mass, and receive the Most Holy Eucharist before beginning the contemplative prayer, if able.
The best-suited place for this intimate and sacred time with the King is in front of the Most Blessed Sacrament. If you are unable to go in person, FaceTime Him (Put an online adoration.).
Before stepping into His Holy presence (before opening the door of the church or chapel, or before clicking on the online adoration), say the following words out loud, so that you can hear yourself say them, “Dear self, get ready, for you are stepping into Eternity where the Eternal One is. You are stepping into the presence of the Holy One.”
Now, step into history and greet the King. Breathe in, breathe out, you are in the presence of the Omnipotent One, the Omnipresent One, the Holy One of Jacob, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Breathe in, breathe out, be at peace, for you are in front of the One Who loves you with an infinite Love.
Now place the tips of your right index and middle fingers on the inside of your left wrist, just below the base of your thumb, and press lightly so you can feel your heartbeat/pulse.
When we receive the Most Holy Eucharist, we enter a total union with Christ. After we consume the Holy Host, if our inmost being could speak, it would echo the words of our big brother, Saint Paul, when he said, “It is no longer I who live but Christ Who lives in me.” (Gal 2:20), for we are now in total union with Jesus Christ, the Son of the Living God.
Because of this unfathomable truth, the heartbeat that you are feeling on your own wrist, is the heartbeat of the Living Sacred Heart of the Master beating in total unity with yours.
Let’s keep our hands there, and rest on that beautiful melody of Divine, Infinite, and Merciful love: the sound of His Living Sacred Heart and our hearts beating in unison. Allow your heart to be permeated by this sacred truth like a sponge in water. Let’s rest on it, ponder it; let’s let the Living King ravish our hearts with His unfathomable and infinite love. Let’s allow Him to take us to the summit of His love; to the source and summit of Love Himself.
Let’s repeat this interior spiritual contemplation of our sacred and total unity with Christ every time we receive the Most Holy Eucharist so as to grow in awareness, in awe of this unfathomable reality. Let’s nurture and keep pondering it, because as our heart is the core of our human bodies, our sacred unity with the Master is the “heart” of our spiritual and interior life. It is the genesis of our daily life which we will talk about next week.
In the meantime, brothers and sisters, let’s praise the Holy One of Jacob.
In us:
Let’s give Him homage
Let’s acknowledge Him
Let’s serve Him
Let’s submit ourselves to Him
Let’s give Him reverence
Let’s love Him through what we do, watch, listen to, say and where we go. For after we receive the Most Holy Eucharist in a state of grace, it is no longer I or you who live, but Christ who lives in us. Therefore, it is no longer I or you who do, watch, listen to, say and go to places, but Christ in me, and Christ in you who do, watch, listen to, say and go to places.
Praise be to the Living King in the Most Blessed Sacrament and in His living dwellings, your and my heart, now and forever.
We ADORE YOU Jesus Christ, Son of the living God.
We love you Abba, Father.
Our today act: Send an “I love you.” message or email to someone (the person or persons the Holy Spirit will bring to your mind).
01/31/25 Another day…, Another day to love You more…
Happy blessings day sons and daughters of the Most High God!

Another day…, Another day to love You more…
My Love, this is another day, another day to love You;
Another day to choose You over myself;
Another day to die to myself for love of You;
Another day, another opportunity to suffer imperfectly but with sincere love for You and You alone;
Another day, another tremendous honor that I don’t deserve to console Your Sacred living Heart;
Another day with You, another day to look at You, to talk to You, to smile at You and to spend time with You in the Most Blessed Sacrament;
Another day to sit before Your Mighty Throne, and listen to Your words, worship You and give You glory;
Another day to unite myself to You in the Most Holy Eucharist;
Another day to look at others through Your Holy Eyes;
Another day to love others with Your pierced Heart;
Another day to work and serve You with Your pierced Holy Hands;
Another day to walk with Your pierced Feet;
Another day to submit myself to Your Most Holy Will;
Another day for my heart to grow in love for You and You alone;
Another day of tremendous blessings;
Another day to forgive like You, to be patient like You, to be kind like You;
Another day to be obedient to our Heavenly Father like You;
Another day to be a recipient and a witness of Your untold Goodness, unfailing Faithfulness, and unfathomable Love and Patience;

01/03/25 Cheers to Eternity!
Dear brothers and sisters in Christ, my words fail me when I try to express my profound gratitude to our Lord for all He has done for us this past year, for what He is doing right now in each one of our lives, and for what He is going to do.
My only assurance for the future is in Who our King and Lord is. Who He is cannot fail us. He is the Great I am, the faithful One, the Holy One. He is the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, the all-powerful and loving God. He is eternal. No one created Him, and no one enthroned Him. He is God and King by nature. He is not bound by time, He is Eternal; therefore, Who He is, and everything He does are limitless, for He is infinite.
His Love, Mercy, Faithfulness, Holiness, Patience, Gentleness are infinite, with no beginning and no end. All riches and honors are His alone.
His dwelling place is eternity, and you and I have been made heirs of His Eternal Kingdom.
We did not do anything to deserve such a blessing, and there is nothing we’ve done or will do that can ever change that reality. Thus, brothers and sisters, let’s allow our hearts and souls to rejoice in God our Savior in imitation of our Holy Mother, Mama Mary. 11/26/24 Who is my Lover?
He is humble and meek of heart.
He always forgives regardless of the offence as long as one truly repents.
He is always gentle and patient.
When He was in the flesh, He always died to Himself for the sake of others. The sacrifice of dying to oneself is His love language.
When He was in the flesh, He had a full agenda where all His 12,045 days on earth were planned. On all the pages of His agenda, all one can read from 7 AM to 7 AM was “love, love and love”.
Who is my Lover?
He is Love Himself and I am called to keep striving to love like Him.
I will unceasingly ponder Who He is and allow myself to rest in Him so that I may be soaked with Who He is, because Who He is quenches my thirst for Him.
My sinful heart beats for Who He is.
Who I am loves Who He is unconditionally, with a love that only He can satisfy.
Oh how I love Him;
Oh how I love my Lover.
I love Him very deeply.
10/11/24 Today is the best day of my life
My Lord and my God, my living Heart, Breath of my breath, Heart of my heart, Blood of my blood, Life of my life, all of me is bowing down to all of you.
All of me wants, desires, thirsts, cries, yearns, and longs for all of You.
You knew, oh good and merciful Savior, that my heart was made for complete unity with Your Sacred and Living Heart. You knew, my Redeemer, that for me to be fully alive, I will have to breathe through Your own breath; see through Your own eyes, speak with Your own words; desire through Your own desire; act through Your own actions and suffer through Your suffering.
You knew, oh Mighty and unfathomable Lover of my soul, that my thirst for complete unity with You can only be satisfied through our sacred and holy union in the Most Holy Eucharist.
You knew, oh Good Shepherd of mine, that I draw my love for You from Your infinite love for me and only total union with You would satisfy my little heart.
Oh blessed union, oh sacred union, oh powerful and loving union, I bow down to you. I thank you for allowing a sinner like me to be completely one with the Holy One. I thank you for never denying me your presence as long as I repent. I thank you for being the best thing that has ever happened to me on this side of heaven, which I get to live every day.
Oh sacred union, oh holy union, oh undeserved union, thank you for making every day the best day of my life as long as I, oh good, holy and necessary union, as long as I come and submit myself to you.
Blessed are we to be your subjects.
Our total union with Christ, the Son of the Living God is our greatest honor and treasure; it is the BEST THING THAT HAS EVER HAPPENED TO US, and we get to live the BEST DAY OF OUR LIFE EVERY DAY when we kneel before the Holy Altar and hear, “The Body of Christ.”
Brothers and sisters, let’s respond with great gratitude and immense joy with our “AMEN.”
09/13/24 My One and Only Joy (Let joy spring out of it!)
What is joy?
I don’t know about you, but if my joy was based on having everything I wanted; things going my way; being loved and accepted by everyone; having everyone honor my humanity by the way they talked and acted towards me; having the rest my body needs; being healed from all diseases; eating the meals I want; having all my desires fulfilled…in other words, if my joy was dependent on a life of total comfort where everything was perfect, I would only experience sorrow and depression, because a perfect life does not exist on this side of heaven.
With this reality in mind, the question then becomes, do you choose to live a life seeking comfort, or virtue?
Therefore, what is joy?
Joy can be defined as the fruit of a grateful heart grounded in the truth of who Jesus Christ is and His infinite love and care for us.
To believe in Him is also to believe that He is Truth Himself. Thus, whatever Truth Himself says is true indeed.
Truth Himself said that the Most Holy of Holies, the Holy Eucharist, is His Body and Blood; hence I believe in His true presence in the Most Holy Host.
Due to this truth, whenever you and I are at Holy Mass, we, despite being sinners, are allowed into the sacredness of His holy presence.
Furthermore, whenever we receive the Holy Eucharist, we, the imperfect ones, unite ourselves with the Perfect One, the Holy One Jesus Christ, the Son of the Living God; and as a result we, as little as we are, become the living inner chamber of the Holy Tabernacle, the dwelling place of the Most Holy Trinity. From this truth springs the Christian’s unshakable joy upon which our daily joy is renewed and strengthened…the joy of a heart that is beyond grateful to be one with God Himself.
Now let’s have a “heart to heart” with the Master:
Rabboni, on my baptism day, I entered into an unbreakable covenant with You; You are mine and I am Yours now and for eternity.
So please take possession of what belongs to You
My mind belongs to You
My heart belongs to You
My appetite belongs to You
My desires belong to You
My sorrows belong to You
Anything and everyone that belongs to You becomes holy because You are the Holy One
My crosses, what keeps me up at night, belong to You
My hands belong to You
My feet belong to You,
and You alone belong to me.
During my hardships, when I unconsciously allow myself to be consumed by anything besides complete trust in You, I put myself in starvation of who I truly am, the little child of the Most High God who does not lack anything because in You, I already have everything.
All of me yearns for all of You, because my whole being belongs to You and You alone.
Consequently, I should not and will no longer worry about what does not belong to me. With complete dependance on my Immaculate Mother, I (say your full name slowly) will focus on You and You alone. On loving You as You taught me to do in Holy Scriptures, and on receiving Your love.
I will let joy spring out of my knowledge and awareness that as broken as I am, I belong to the Mighty God, and every day, out of His tremendous Mercy and love for me, He allows me to step into His Mighty and Holy presence, to receive Him and to be united to Him.
Yes, I will let the reality of the true presence of my Lord in the Holy of Holies and the reality of our Holy and sacred union be my one and only Joy.
From now on, my only One Love, with the Mighty help of my Master the Holy Spirit, and with complete dependence on my Immaculate Mother, I vow to embrace the reality and the truthfulness of Your words that it is Your Body and Blood that I receive every day at Holy Mass, and I will let that be my one and only joy.
May the Sacred Heart of our Jesus, in the Most Blessed Sacrament, be praised, adored, and loved with grateful affection, at every moment, in all the tabernacles of the world, and in our hearts which are His living tabernacles, even to the end of time. Amen.
We love you Abba, Father.

08/09/24 You are the reason
Whether we are aware of it or not, there is always a reason why we do what we do, think what we think, desire what we desire, and say what we say.
As followers of Christ, our Redeemer, the Son of the Living God and our only one Love, our reason must always be Love. Our love is not and will never be perfect on this side of Heaven, but we must strive for love to be our reason.
" You are the reason. (The beating Sacred Heart of the King belongs to me, and my little beating heart belongs to Him.)
I don’t want Heaven because it is a nice place to be, I want it because You, my Jesus, will be there.
I don’t want to be a fearful person because it might paralyze me or give me anxiety, I don’t want it because You, my Love, are not in fear.
I don’t want to live in the past or in the future because You, my Love, won’t be there with me.
I don’t want to be unkind, not because it is a bad thing, but because You, my Jesus, won’t be in unkindness.
I don’t want to gossip because that means I would have to separate myself from You, my Love, because You won’t be in gossip.
I don’t want to steal or intentionally hurt someone, not because they are forbidden things to do, but because You, my Love, won’t be in them with me.
I don’t want to be lazy, not because it is not good for me, but because You, my Jesus, won’t be in it with me.
I don’t want to be jealous, not because being jealous is self-destructive, but because You, my love, won’t be in it with me.
I don’t want to be bitter and unmerciful because You, my only One Love, won’t be in them with me.
I don’t want to think, do, or desire anything that You my Lord and my God won’t be in, because I LOVE YOU.
I am after Your Sacred Heart my King. Oh wait, I must always remind myself that Your living Sacred Heart belongs totally to me regardless of what I do.
Instead, I will say that I am after giving honor and glory through my daily actions, thoughts, and desires to what is mine now and for eternity, Your Living Sacred Heart.
Virtues and all blessings are merely bonuses because I only long to be engulfed in You, my Love, and I desire for my little heart to be engulfed in Your Sacred Living Heart.
I would go to hell if You, my Jesus, decided to go there, because wherever You, Who is my Heart, are I want to be there to adore You and worship You.
I wholeheartedly desire, my King, that I may do everything and anything in You, with You, for You and through You. I want to always be united to you because my love for You longs for complete unity with You, my Love.
As I was the reason of Your last breath, You are, and will always be the reason for my next breath.
My Love, You publicly gave Your last breath for me, I will publicly give my next breath for You.
You weren’t ashamed to publicly show Your tremendous and perfect love for me, I will publicly show my love for You.
You publicly showed and keep showing that I am worthy, I will also publicly show that You are worth my whole life.
Your love for me is not hidden, I will not hide my love for You.
You lovingly showed Your Sacred Heart, who beats out of love for me, through saint Margarette Mary Alacoque. I will lovingly show my little heart that beats out of love for You through my daily life. My Love, I will not shy away from showing You my love and reverence in Your Holy temple.
Through the Mighty power of the Holy Spirit, who is my Master, and with complete dependence on my Queen Mother, I will always strive for You, my Lord, to be the reason of my actions, thoughts, desires and the reason of my existence. I LOVE YOU intensely my only One Love, Jesus Christ, the Son of the Living God.
You are the reason; Love Himself is the reason; therefore, Love must always be the reason.”
May the Sacred Heart of our Jesus, in the Most Blessed Sacrament, be praised, adored, and loved with grateful affection, at every moment, in all the tabernacles of the world, even to the end of time. Amen.
We love you Abba, Father.

07/19/24 Happy Birthday
Happy day of blessings sons and daughters of the Most High.
Today we are going to reflect on our birthday.
What is a birthday? It is the anniversary of the birth of a person. It is a celebration of the day that you and I were born. On the irreplaceable day of your birthday, had you been granted the gift to articulate what you saw and experienced, you would have likely said something along the lines of, “All I remember is the gazing look of love beyond words in the eyes of my parents; their smile that reflected glimpses of their hearts full of joy; the gentleness and the care of how I was being held, and the warmness of their arms.” On that day, all we had to do was soak in the love given to us and to love them just by existing, and being completely dependent on them for everything.
Similarly, when we receive the Holy of Holies, the Most Holy Eucharist in a state of grace, we are renewed from within; it is a new birth of our interior life. If we had the eyes of angels, we will see that in that specific moment, all creation is on pause, all hell is trembling of fear; all the angels, archangels, and saints in Heaven are attentively looking with awe and deep joy at the unfathomable unity between the All Mighty One and His creature. Him in us, transfigures everything in us; and all that remains is Him, and Him alone. We now have a new heart, His. We now have a new appetite, His. we now have one will, His. We now have a new body, His. We now have a new life His: the life of the Immortal One, the Omnipotent One, the Omniscient One, the very life of the Most High God.
How can we respond to this undeserved grace beyond words? How can one live and honor this gift of eternity on this side of Heaven? By simply reminding ourselves that as on our actual birthday we were so powerless in this new world gifted to us, that we had to be completely dependent on our parents to take care of us, similarly we ought to spiritually remain newborns in the arms of the One Who has been given to us as a Mother, the Queen Mother. She will unfailingly take care of Her little ones that you and I are, and we will not lack anything.
How does it look like to be a newborn spiritually in the arms of our Holy Mother? This will be our reflection for next week. In the meantime, happy birthday to all those who went Home today and received with honor the Holy Eucharist.
May the heart of Jesus, in the Most Blessed Sacrament, be praised, adored, and loved with grateful affection, at every moment, in all the tabernacles of the world, even to the end of time. Amen.
We love you Abba, Father.

06/28/2024 Poem from our little hearts to His Sacred Heart
Happy day of blessings sons and daughters of the Most High!
Today, we are going to sit with the One Whom our souls love and let our hearts speak to Him.
If you can go to adoration that will be best, but if you can’t just FaceTime Him (Put an online perpetual adoration). Take a piece of paper and a pen and let’s step into Heaven. Let’s pray, “Holy Spirit, our light and our unfailing Help, through the Immaculate Heart of our Mama the Queen Mother, I (say your name) am begging You to enflame my little heart with the fire of Your Divine Love. May I love as He loves, and may I be a tireless apostle of Love. I seal this prayer with the Mighty name of my Redeemer, Jesus Christ. Amen”
Now, write to Him a love poem. Do not worry about perfection or using poetic words, but just write to Jesus what you feel inside your heart for Him. Use your own words, your own rhythm because this is an intimate love poem between a tireless Lover and His loved one that you and I are; from my little heart to His Sacred Heart and from your little heart to His Sacred Heart.
When you are done writing, read it to Him and save it in your Holy Bible. Since the Holy Gospel is His love letters to us, lets place our love letter to Him next to His love letters for us. Now, let us try our best, with complete dependence on the Queen Mother our Mama, to live out our love for Him as He lived His for us; such as to put into action our love for Him in our daily lives and our words.
Here is a sample: (Rabboni means Master)
POEM: RABBONI
Joyful is my soul at your Holy presence
Fulfilled is my heart resting in Yours
Beyond words is my joy at the sound of Your Holy Words
Honored am I to have been invited to the wedding feast of the Lamb
May I always live a life of total gratitude expressed through my daily actions
May I always leap for joy to have the unfathomable honor to be at Your Holy presence in the Most Holy of Holies, the Holy Eucharist
May my life be a living continuity of the Magnificat of my Mama, the Immaculata
May who I am be an echo of Who She is because Who She is, is a perfect reflection of Who You are
Rabboni, love has conquered me; my love for You is demanding everything in me to praise You:
May my tears praise You
May my smile praise You
May all the work of my little hands praise You
May my thoughts and desires praise You
May my appetites praise You
May who I am praise Who You are because Who You are fulfills me; Who You are is my joy
Who You are, is my peace
Who You are, is home to me
Rabboni, Rabboni, Rabboni, I Your unworthy servant LOVES You infinity times infinity and much more.
Praise be to Jesus Christ, now and forever.
May the heart of Jesus, in the Most Blessed Sacrament, be praised, adored, and loved with grateful affection, at every moment, in all the tabernacles of the world, even to the end of time. Amen.
We love you Abba, Father.

06/07/24 Sacred Heart of the King, Living Heart, We will serve.
Happy Solemnity of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, our King!
How does one talk about a reality that is beyond our understanding?
What can seem like a “fairytale” is actually our reality. Our Lord created for Himself a human Heart, like ours, for only one reason, to beat out of love for you and I.
I invite you to intentionally set aside a few minutes to ponder this reality on this great feast day. If you can, go visit Him in the Most Blessed Sacrament, that would be ideal, but if you are unable to, find a quiet place and FaceTime Him (you can Stream live perpetual adoration online), and let’s together step into Heaven through the power of the Holy Spirit and the help of Our Queen Mother, our Mama.
My Lord and my God, kneeling before You today, I want to just say, thank You. Thank You for allowing me to approach You and talk to You;
Thank You for being my Lord and Savior.
My Jesus, You are fully God and fully Man, the Son of the Living God. Thank You for Knowing me and thank You for loving me.
On this day, in which we humbly honor and celebrate the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, I invite you to renew your love and commitment to Him by joining me in the prayer of proclamation below.
Before all my brothers and sisters in Heaven, I (say your name), willingly, joyfully and freely, with complete dependence on the Immaculata, and through the power of the Holy Spirit, promise to offer my life to console Your Sacred Heart.
I vow to love You with all my strength and mind;
I vow to love through pain and suffering;
I vow to love through fatigue;
I vow to love through sickness;
I vow to love through disappointments;
I vow to love through irritation and discomfort;
I vow to love through loss;
I vow to love through hunger
I (say your name), vow to love through all the challenges of my daily life, and I will serve my Lord; I will serve through Love, with Love, and in Love, because You, my God, are Love, and as it is written in Phil 4:13, “I can do all things in Him Who strengthens me”. I seal this prayer with the Mighty name of my Redeemer Jesus Christ, Amen.
May the heart of Jesus, in the Most Blessed Sacrament, be praised, adored, and loved with grateful affection, at every moment, in all the tabernacles of the world, even to the end of time. Amen.
We love you Abba, Father.
Our act for today: Send an “I love you” message or email to the person, or persons, the Holy Spirit brings to your mind today.
05/31/24 The Era of Grace
We live in a time of tremendous graces.
With deep respect and compassion for our crosses, we are the spoiled generation; Spoiled by Love Himself.
We admire and study the lives of the prophets such as King David, the prophet Simeon, our father in faith Abraham, the prophet Elijah…which are indeed right and just, but we have been given an unfathomable privilege that they didn’t get on this side of Heaven.
Those holy chosen people of God would have died of joy to have the intimacy we have with the Lord in the Most Holy of Holies, the Holy Communion.
When we receive the Holy Eucharist, we become One with Jesus Christ, the Son of the living God; To be one with Him is to not have two hearts but one heart, His;
To not have two minds but one, His;
To not have four eyes but two His;
To not have two types of appetites but one His;
To not have two dreams but one His;
To not have two wills but one His;
To not have four ears but two His;
To not have four hands and feet but only two feet and two hands, His;
To not have two bodies but one His;
To not have two lives but one, the life of Christ Himself.
So, anything and everything we do, we do not do it alone anymore, but it is Him Who is also doing it. When we walk, it is Jesus Who is walking
When we eat, it is Jesus Who is eating
When we are suffering, it is Jesus who is suffering
When we laugh, it is Jesus Who is laughing
When we smile, it is Jesus Who is smiling
When we are sick, it is Jesus Who is sick
When we are hungry, it is Jesus Who is hungry …
Because we are one with the Lord, everything is grace. Grace, like a daily invisible rain is falling upon us Who unite ourselves to Him in the Holy Eucharist. All we need to do is to remind ourselves daily that we are doing all of our human activities with the Holy One; but let’s also keep in mind that we automatically separate ourselves from Him when we sin.
There are graces in the simple action of drinking water when one is doing it with the awareness that one isn’t drinking that water alone but Christ also is drinking it with her or him.
There are graces when walking, smiling, laughing, talking, working, praying… when one recalls to mind that Christ in her or him is also doing it. To recall to mind our unity with Him in everything we do is one of the easiest prayers. It is a holy moment of us acknowledging the Divine Presence in us.
For us to better understand, it is like when you are doing activities, such as having dinner or lunch with your spouse, and he or she isn’t acknowledging your presence. He or she is acting as if he or she was by herself or himself. You are still married to that person but the main component which is “love in action” of your marriage is missing or isn’t lived out.
Our union with Christ is complete and perfect. To be one with our Lord, is to live like our brother Saint Paul, “It is no longer I who lives but Christ who lives in me.”
To my brothers and sisters who are unable to receive the Sacred Host, know that there are tremendous graces by just saying with deep reverence the Holy name of the Lord and by praying. There are graces in every single word that we reverently address with confidence to the King. Even before He answers our requests, we are already being blessed with graces that He sees fit for each one of us. No one talks with reverence and love to the King without being blessed. Being blessed is different from having what you requested being granted to you. You are blessed and being showered by graces just because you have been allowed to talk to the King, and where the King is there are graces; the air that surrounds the King is called grace.
With Your permission Master, we are going to kneel before You and beg for Your help:
Let’s pray,
Holy Spirit, Spirit of gentleness and love; Spirit of the Father and of the Son, Eternal Spirit, we are begging you to make Your little ones that we are, aware of Your Holy Presence:
Let’s say slowly, “It is no longer I, (say your name), who lives but Christ Who lives in me.
Love lives in me
Mercy lives in me
Meekness lives in me
Humility lives in me
Patience lives in me
Kindness lives in me
Selflessness lives in me
The Sacred Heart of the Master lives in me
The Holy of Holies lives in me
Love Himself lives in me.
I believe it and with complete dependence on the Holy Spirit I (say your name) will live accordingly to this truth.
I seal this prayer with the Mighty name of my Master, Jesus Christ and I entrust it to the Immaculate Heart of the Queen Mother. Amen
Poem: Holy union
Who am I to have been given the tremendous privilege to call You by Your name?
Who am I, to have been given the unfathomable honor to be in Your presence? To look at the Holy One?
Like the prophet Isaiah, I am crying out to You, “Woe is me, I am doomed! For I am a man of unclean lips, living among a people of unclean lips, and my eyes have seen the King, the LORD of hosts!”
My eyes are seeing what they are not worthy of seeing
My ears are hearing what they are not worthy of hearing
My unclean lips are saying what they are not worthy of saying
Who are we to have been chosen to be one with the King Himself?
Holy union, between the Majesty and His servants, I bow down to you, and I give You glory my Lord
Sacred union between the King and I, may I never do anything that dishonors you; may I always act, talk, think in a way that gives you glory now and forever. Amen
05/17/24 Peace
Happy blessings day sons and daughters of the Most High,
Today, we are going to pray for peace:
Master, with Your permission, today we are going to kneel before You to beg for peace; peace within us and peace in the world.
Peace in the world takes its roots from the peace within us. The world cannot have what we ourselves don’t have because we are the world. As baptized people, we totally belong to Christ Who is peace Himself. When we receive Him in the Holy Communion, we are allowing ourselves to become one with Peace. Because of our holy union with Him, wherever we go, whatever we do, we are called to spread peace like a sweet perfume. Peace must be the reason for all of our actions, words and thoughts.
So let’s pray. Find a quiet place and let’s kneel before the Lord and invite the Paraclete:
“Holy Spirit, Spirit of light and love, Spirit of gentleness, unfailing Spirit, we are begging You to make us aware of Your Holy presence. Thank You, Your Majesty, for allowing Your servant that I am, to talk directly to You and to bring my petitions to You.
I, (say your name) belong to Christ Who is the Prince of peace, Peace Himself. Please bring to my mind anything that is working against my complete union with Him.
Breathe in and breathe out (stay quiet and just be in His presence, He will talk to you).
Do not be afraid, do not be ashamed. Anything that matters to you matter to Christ. Whatever He will bring to your mind remember that you are in the presence of the One Who is crazy about you.
After your awareness of the things that disturb your peace let’s pray”
“I, Your little one, beg You my King to please take authority over (name all of them). May nothing disturb my holy union with You. May I have peace with tears falling; may I have peace through pain and suffering; may I have peace in every moment of my day because I am one with You and You are peace, You, Jesus Christ Son of the living God is my PEACE and You are unshakable. I seal this prayer with Your mighty name Jesus Christ.
May the heart of Jesus, in the Most Blessed Sacrament, be praised, adored, and loved with grateful affection, at every moment, in all the tabernacles of the world, even to the end of time. Amen.
We love you Abba, Father.
Our today act: Send an “I love you.” message or email to someone (the person or persons the Holy Spirit will bring to your mind).
03/28/24 Prayers for Holy Thursday and Good Friday of the infinite love of the Lord Jesus Christ for us: Consoling the Sacred Heart of the God Man, the Son of the Most High God.
Happy blessed day of infinite love.
On these holy days of great sorrows for the One we love, let’s enter the history of our salvation. If you and I were alive two thousand years ago, we would probably be among those screaming, “crucify Him! crucify Him!”, but today we are here, and we have the highest honor of knowing Him, and His unfathomable love for us. So, let us put our love for Him into action.
I would like to humbly invite you, depending on your schedule for Holy Thursday, and Friday to take some time (it can be five minutes to hours) to sit with Him, and hold his hand. He is the Living Man. When someone that we love is in great pain or distress, though we cannot do anything to take away the pain and suffering, we can just stay by that person side and hold his or her hand. Our intentional presence in silence, looking at that person with tender love is us honoring who that person is for us.
Open Holy scripture and read from The Arrest of Jesus until The Burial of Jesus.
Imagine yourself being in each scene and having the possibility to hold His hand and to look at Him in the eyes and say, “I love you. Thank you for what you are doing for me and my brethren.”
After spending time in each scene, imagine Him in His cell, sitting on the floor. Sit there with Him so He won’t be by Himself, and just love Him in silence by your presence near Him. He is the Living Man more alive than you and I.
As Saint John of the Cross said, “Love can only be repaid by love.” Therefore, let’s pour out our love for Him this week and for the rest of our life.
Praise be to Jesus Christ, now and forever.
We love You Abba Father.
01/19/24 “The Woman for the job.”
Hi, daughters and sons of the Most High,
For today’s prayer, we will lean on the annunciation in Luke 1:26-38 from the Holy Scripture:
In the sixth month the archangel Gabriel was sent from God to a city of Galilee named Nazareth, to a virgin betrothed to a man whose name was Joseph, of the house of David; and the virgin’s name was Mary. He came to her and said, “Hail, full of grace, the Lord is with you!” But she was greatly troubled at the saying, and considered in her mind what sort of greeting this might be. And the angel told her, “Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God. And behold, you will conceive in your womb and bear a Son, and you shall call His name Jesus. He will be great and will be called the Son of the Most High; and the Lord God will give to Him the throne of his father David, and He will reign over the house of Jacob forever; and of His kingdom there will be no end.” And Mary said to the angel, “How can this be since I have no husband?” And the angel said to Her, “The Holy Spirit will come upon you and the power of the Most High will overshadow you; therefore the child to be born will be called Holy, the Son of God. And behold, your kinswoman Elizabeth in her old age has also conceived a son; and this is the sixth month with her who was called barren. For with God, nothing will be impossible.” And Mary said, “Behold I am the handmaid of the Lord; let it be done to me according to your word.” And the angel departed from Her.
We can ponder on this passage for days, even years, and its richness will still be intact.
If I was chosen as the blessed Mother, after hearing what the angel Gabriel said, the first thing I would have probably expected was for my daily life to become easier and my comfort a priority since I had said “yes.” If that were the case, my “yes” and Mary’s “yes” would not have been the same.
Mary’s “yes” was, and is, a yes of docility; a yes to be the servant of the Holy Will of the Most High out of pure love for Him. His Holy Will reflects who He is. He is all good and will always be good, because His Holy Will is Goodness itself. His Goodness will always triumph over whatever His permissible Will allows in our lives.
To give a “yes” like Hers, a yes to be a servant of His Holy Will, one needs to know who God is.
Is He trustworthy?
Yes, He is truth Himself
Is He a good person?
Yes, He is goodness Himself
Is He able to provide for me, take care of me, and always protect me?
Yes, He is omnipotent which means all powerful; omniscient which means all knowing; omnipresent which means that He is in every place. He is eternal, always was, is, and ever will be. He is Almighty. He can do all that He wills.
Does He love me?
His love for you and I is infinite and unchanging. God, Love Himself, is madly in love with you and me. We don’t know what the future holds, but one thing we know without a doubt is that Jesus will still be equally madly in love with you and me as He was at calvary, and His Mercy will still be there for us.
His love for you and me will never stop nor change regardless of what we do, say, or accomplish. The Loving Bridegroom Who freely gave His life for you and I, out of love for us, is still madly in love with each one of us.
We might, from time to time, feel worthless, alone, abandoned, and ignored (which are very important feelings that we shouldn’t shy away from, but with tenderness and humility, bring them to the Divine Doctor), but one thing you and I must be certain of, is that His Sacred Heart belongs to us.
He is Love Himself, and He created you and I out of love, for love.
As John 3:16 says, “God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.”
Our loving Mother knew perfectly well the Person to Whom She was saying “yes” to, and Her love for Him was undeniable.
She said “yes,” not because She knew that She had what it took to do what the Lord was asking of Her, nor because She knew how the future would unfold, but only because of the One who chose Her.
Her childlike trust in Him, and Her deep assurance of who She is to Her Beloved, were the roots of Her humble and loving response to the Archangel Gabriel, “Behold I am the handmaid of the Lord; let it be done to me according to your word”, (Luke 1:38) as well as the source of her daily strength.
Though sinless, She felt pain, fatigue, sadness…and experienced hardships of life similar to you and I. But She kept on moving, because love makes everything possible.
When someone is truly in love with Love Himself, nothing and no one can stop her or him, because as the archangel Gabriel said, “For with God, nothing will be impossible” (Luke 1:37). Therefore, since God is Love Himself, nothing is impossible when we are in love with Him.
Yes, brothers and sisters, the One Who was to become the Mother of God gave a “yes” of “a little girl” to Her heavenly Father. The Fiat of our Queen Mother can be summarized by this, “Yes, my Lord, with deep joy and tremendous honor, I offer You my life and my days. I am Your servant, the servant of Your Holy Will, of Your dream, and of Your days. Use me, my Lord, as You wish, for I know that You are Good and You love me, and I have the deep assurance that You will give me all the graces I need to serve You as You deserve.”
The Woman who dared believe, who dared trust, who dared obey, who dared serve His Holy Will has become the perfect living glimpse of the Mercy, Power, Love, and Humility of the Most High.
This Woman is the one that you and I should dare imitate and listen to. This Holy Woman is the Mother of our incarnated Lord, whom The Lord Himself, at the Holy Cross, also gave to us as our Holy Mother when He spoke the words, “Woman, behold your son” (John 19:26), and in turn to His disciple stated, “Behold your mother” (John 19:27). In essence, the Lord missioned His disciple to never grow out of the need of His Mother.
Are you a disciple of Christ? If your answer is “yes,” then The Queen Mother is your Holy Mother too. No one can be a true disciple of Christ without being a child of Mary.
To take Her into the home of our hearts is to live according to the desire of our King and it is to walk on the path of perfect humility. When we talk to Her, remember that our Christ talked to Her first. When we smile at Her, remember that our Christ smiled at Her first. When we worship the Father with Her, remember that Jesus did it with Her first. When we are praying to the Father with Her, remember that Jesus prayed to the Father with Her first.
When we spend time with Her, hold Her Holy hands, thank Her, ask Her for what we need, make ourselves completely dependent on Her, obey Her, look Her in the eyes, call Her mama, and love Her, remember that Jesus did all these things first.
When we trust that She is the Mother to look after us, protect us, feed us, and to help us accomplish the mission the Lord has entrusted to each one of us, remember that Jesus did all these first.
When we believe that She is the Woman for the job, to help us become servants of the Holy Will of the Father, by allowing Her to teach us how to trust the Lord, like a child, when our plans and dreams get disrupted; how to keep moving through pain and sorrow; and how to live like Her Holy Son, who She raised through profound humility, trust, and obedience to the Holy Spirit…
let’s remember that our Christ did all these things first.
By doing so, we are imitating Jesus our Master, and we are stepping into the Holy and sacred hidden life of the infancy, childhood, and teenage life of our Master and part of His adulthood. Our intimacy with our incarnated Lord is incomplete if we don’t have a relationship with His Mother, because He was and still is truly Man and truly God.
May the heart of the King, in the Most Blessed Sacrament, be praised, adored, and loved with grateful affection, at every moment, in all the tabernacles of the world, even to the end of time. Amen.
We love you Abba, Father.
Our today act: Send an “I love you.” message or email to someone (the person or persons the Holy Spirit will bring to your mind).
12/05/23 “Becoming like the child Jesus in Mama Mary’s arms.”
Happy first week of Advent beloved sons and daughters of the Most High.
This holy passage of the Scripture will be one of the cornerstones of our spiritual exercises:
“When Jesus saw His mother, and the disciple whom He loved standing near, He said to His mother, “Woman behold your son. Then He said to His disciple, “Behold your mother.”. And from that hour the disciple took her to his own home.”
Let’s begin with a prayer: “Holy Spirit, Spirit of love and truth, Spirit of gentleness and mercy, we beg You to make us aware of Your Holy presence in us and guide us through this journey of becoming like the Infant Christ in the arms of our Holy Mother. We seal this with the Holy name of Jesus Christ, Son of the Living God. Amen”
Now let’s bring into mind some of the events of Genesis in the Holy Bible when at the beginning, the Lord God created Adam’s partner Eve…
Now let’s read again (slowly) the passage from the Holy Bible that we quoted at the beginning. Imagine yourself being the disciple whom Jesus loves and you are standing at the foot of the Holy Cross near his Holy Mother, “He said to His mother, “Woman behold your son (or daughter) (say your full name.) Then He said to His disciple, “(say your full name), behold your mother.”. This is a new beginning, our new genesis where the Master gave you and me to His Holy Mother and it is also our annunciation said to each one of us by the Lord Himself.
1. I would like to invite you to rest on this reality for a few minutes or for as long as you need. As you are resting on it, recall in mind that the Most High God trusted Mary with Himself; to the point of becoming vulnerable in Her arms.
2. Now look at the picture above, what do you see? our Holy Mother holding the infant Christ who is completely dependent on Her. Our Master said in Luke 6:40, “The disciple is not above His master.”
So, if you and I desire to follow the same path as our Teacher, we should start in the arms of His blessed Mother. It is also the path to embrace our Master’s perfect humility.
Now close your eyes, breathe in, breathe out; imagine yourself being an infant in her holy arms, in the arms where our Lord Himself rested. Breathe in, breathe out. Rest in that image and dwell in it.
3. Now let’s pray, “Holy Mother, in Your love for your Holy Son, our Lord, and Savior, we beg You to obtain for us the grace to become like the infant Christ in Your Holy arms. Only there we will be able to see and comprehend the degree of His love for us. The love which made Him become an Infant in the arms of His Holy Servant.
4. Every day until December 25th, we are going to put few minutes aside to contemplate the motherhood of our Holy Mother through the picture above. The motherhood of our Queen Mother is unique. She is the One Who is carrying each one of us burdens to allow us to focus on becoming who the Lord created us to be. As She said to Juan Diego, “Am I not here, I who is your mother?”
While you are looking at the picture, let’s ponder this question, “How is an infant dependent on his mother?”
When they are first born, babies are dependent on their mother for every need. They will think that they and their mother are one. They are only aware of their immediate needs: food, love, and attention.
Since I am becoming like the infant Christ in the arms of Mama Mary, how can I be completely dependent on Her for every need and how can I enflesh that reality?
By entrusting all my worries to her and if I encounter anything that is threatening to make me anxious, I will gently and calmly recall in mind the image of myself as an infant lying down in her arms (like in the picture above) and remind myself that she is the one who is carrying the weight of my days. Whatever troubles me, is no longer troubling me but her. My pain is Her pain, and my suffering is Her suffering, my joy is Her joy. She is the one like when an infant is sick, his or her mother is the one to take him or her to the doctor and make sure to give to her child whatever medicine the doctor prescribes. Our Doctor is an unfailing Doctor Who never loses a patient. So, she will always direct us to Christ and help us do what pleasing to the Holy Heart of the Master.
So from now on, I (say your full name) resolve that if I encounter difficulties in my life, I will do my best, and where I find some limitations, I will recall in mind that I am an infant in Her Holy arms so She is the one who is going to take care of anything that I am unable to do or resolve in order to allow me to stay focus on Jesus, on loving Him and loving others.
As I mentioned earlier, infants are only aware of their immediate needs: food, love, and attention.
So what I have to do is eat the food that She gives me for my soul which is saying the Holy Rosary daily, keep reminding myself that She loves me, and I have her full attention. So now all I have to do is to stay focused on my mission which is to love Jesus and my neighbors with my actions and my words.
(Conclude each day by saying the Holy Rosary.)
Glory be to the Father to the Son and to the Holy Spirit, as it was in the beginning is now and ever shall be, world without end, amen.
11/28/23 “The Altar of the Most High”
Good morning beloved sons and daughters of the Most High.
Our today’s prayer will be centered around the Holy Altar.
An Altar, “God’s table” is a sacred place for sacrifice, where God meets man. The word altar comes from the Latin word adolere which means “to ritually do sacrifices”. In the Catholic Church, during Holy Mass, the altar is where the Lord becomes physically present among us in the Eucharist. It is where the one eternal sacrifice of Christ is made present to us.
Every single word and action of the Holy Mass, from the introductory Rites (Sign of the cross…) to the concluding Rites (Dismissal words…) are sanctifying and healing. I always imagine myself as a sponge to absorb these precious and Heavenly blessings that I don’t want to lose a drop of.
Holy Mass is where one discovers the true identity of Love. The daily highest point of Love can only be seen at Holy Mass when the priest takes the bread and says the words of our Savior, “Take this, all of you, and eat of it. FOR THIS IS MY BODY, WHICH WILL BE GIVEN UP FOR YOU.”
The priest holds up the consecrated Host which is now the Body of Christ.
Similarly, when the priest holds up the chalice, the cup of wine, and says the exact words of our Redeemer,
“Take this, all of you, and drink from it. This is the cup of my Blood, the Blood of the new and everlasting covenant. IT WILL BE SHED FOR YOU AND FOR ALL SO THAT SINS MAY BE FORGIVEN. Do this in memory of me.”
The Priest holds up the chalice of consecrated wine that is now the Blood of Christ.
Relationship with Christ is an unending love story. You haven’t loved until you fall in love with Jesus Christ, Love Himself. It is a love that increases every day and that will never stop increasing because He is Love Himself. So the more we get to know Him, the more our love for Him grows. That love will never stop growing because no one can fully know Him. You will never be bored in your relationship with the King. It is a love that makes you want more of Him and all of Him, and He is giving Himself completely to us every day in the Holy Eucharist. To be one with Love Himself is possible, and He is inviting us to not be afraid to be One with Him, because He is gentle and lowly in heart, and we will find rest for our souls.
If you ever wonder about the summit of love, find a Catholic Church (you can easily find one online), enquire about the time when Eternity is made present, and make time to go. You won’t regret it. As the Master Himself said, “No one has greater love than this, to lay down one’s life for his friends.”: That is the summit of love and you have the privilege to be part of it. Do not miss it because it is a Heavenly reality that you need to be part of. No one has ever been sick of being loved by Love Himself, so go and never stop going.
How can we respond to a love like this?
Our big brother Saint John of the Cross beautifully said, “Love can only be repaid with love.”
So with the help of The Paraclete, let’s you and I imitate His love for us and be a holocaust for Love for the rest of our lives and to make a little altar for the Lord wherever we are in the present moment when we make an act of self-denial for love of Him; whether we are at home, at the grocery store, at work, whenever someone treats us unkindly or fails in honoring our dignity as human beings, let’s remind ourselves that this is an opportunity for us to offer ourselves as a complete sacrifice for Love and to make out of the place where it is happening a holy little altar by calling upon the Holy Spirit to give us the grace to love out of love for Him so that our offering might be pleasing to Him. Let’s also pray that anyone who will step on that place will be given the grace to love.
If you and I stay close to the Sacraments, wherever we are, the Lord is there with us. Where the Eucharist is, there is the King, and where the King is, there is the Kingdom as He said on John 14:23, “If a man loves me, he will keep my word, and my Father will love him, and we will come to him and make our home with him…”, so if you and I, in a state of grace, are receiving the Holy Eucharist, the Holy Trinity will make His dwelling in us. The Kingdom of God will be within us. We are servants of the King; therefore, you and I should be ready with His help to offer to our Master the complete sacrifice of our own desires and feelings, at the place where we are in the present moment; and by doing so we are allowing love to triumph in our daily life. Love will triumph over our justified anger, our self-righteousness, our fatigue, our irritations, our impatience, our desire to give justice to ourselves…and we are making ourselves His vessels to bring His Kingdom, that is within us, to anyone that we encounter. The questions that should stay close to our minds are:
“Will this action or words that I am about to do or say make love triumph? Or will it make my desire for justice, my anger, my irritations…triumph?”
What is the root of my thoughts and desires? What is the root of my words that I am about to say and will love triumph if I say it? What is the root of the action I am about to do?
If the answer isn’t love then let’s don’t say anything, don’t do anything and bring the matter to the foot of the Holy Cross, and offer it to the Master.
Love can only be repaid by love. Thus, love should be the only reason behind the words we say; love should be the reason of all our actions; love should be the reason of our days.
The real personal question that we all should ask ourselves is, “Is Jesus my only love, or do I have other “loves” that are above my love for Jesus? Is Jesus my only Hope or do I hope on myself, on someone else, or on things?”.
The honest truth is that it is not easy brothers and sisters to be a daily holocaust for love because it is a sacrifice. Consequently, it is painful, but it is possible, and nothing should stand in our way. Neither illness, nor darkness, nor uncertainty, etc., should stand between love and us, because we are not doing these daily little martyrdoms on our own or alone but Jesus Christ, the Son of the Living God is with us, and we are being holocausts of love out of love for Him, in Him, with Him and through Him, and nothing is impossible for Him.
In addition, Love Himself has given to us His Holy Mother, our Holy Queen Mother, and she is carrying every one of us in her Holy maternal arms, lifting the weight of our burdens for us. All we have to do is to say “yes” by always choosing love over anything else and to be still, even when tears run down our faces like rain. Brothers and sisters, let’s keep pondering the good He has done for us, and let’s keep saying when things get hard, Jesus Christ Son of the Living God, I (say your full name) LOVE YOU and I (say your full name) TRUST IN YOU.
May the heart of Jesus, in the Most Blessed Sacrament, be praised, adored, and loved with grateful affection, at every moment, in all the tabernacles of the world, even to the end of time. Amen.
We love you Abba, Father.

11/13/23 “The Heart Of The Father.”
Happy Jesus’ day sons and daughters of the Most High,
Today we will be reflecting on the Heart of our Heavenly Father.
The Catechism of the Catholic Church says, “No one is Father as God is Father.” (CCC 239) Additionally, it states, “God our Father transcends the categories of the created world. To impose our own ideas in this area ‘upon Him’ would be to fabricate idols to adore or pull down. To pray to the Father is to enter into His mystery as He is and as the Son has revealed Him to us.” (CCC 2779)
His Fatherhood cannot be compared. He is Father by nature. We can only have glimpses of who our Father is by looking at His works in a unique way from the Bible, beginning with the book of Genesis, to Jesus in the New Testament, and to us.
I would like to invite you to find a quiet place, so that you may close your eyes and imagine yourself sitting at the foot of the Holy Cross. Now let’s invoke the Paraclete. Slowly breathe in and breathe out. Breathe in His love for you; breathe in, breathe out.
Now with the confidence of a child, let’s pray, “Holy Spirit, Spirit of life and love, Spirit of peace and mercy, we beg you to please make us aware of Your Holy presence.” Again, breathe in and out. He is here with you. He never leaves us. You and I may not be aware of His mysterious presence in others, nor in ourselves, because silence is one of His languages. Remember, you are sitting at the foot of the Holy Cross.
We will use this passage from the Holy Scriptures as the cornerstone of our meditation today, John 14:8-10
Philip said to Him, ‘Lord, show us the Father, and we shall be satisfied.’ Jesus said to Him, ‘Have I been with you so long and yet you do not know me, Philip? He who has seen me has seen the Father; how can you say, ‘Show us the Father?’ Do you not believe that I am in the Father and the Father is in me?’
Breathe in, breathe out. Let’s sit with this truth for a few minutes.
Now raise your eyes and look at Christ on the Cross. What do you see?
I see a Father whose love for His children is unstoppable. I see a Father who sees the worst of His children, and still calls them sons and daughters. I see a Father’s love for His children in action; a Father who laid down the life of His only begotten Son for the sake of His unfaithful children, children who fail Him over and over. I see a Father who has an unwavering trust in His children. I see a Father who forgives and forgets; a Father Who is patient and gentle; A Father Who is kind, and a Father who cares about every detail of the lives of His children. I see a Father who is never tired of teaching us, and who is never impatient towards His children who are very slow learners.
On the contrary, the slower we are to understand, learn, and do His will, the more compassionate and merciful He is towards us. As Romans 5:20-21 says, “But where sin increased, grace abounded all the more, so that, as sin reigned in death, grace also might reign through righteousness to eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”
When I look at the Holy Cross, I see a Father who knows perfectly each one of His children as if no one else was on earth. Matthew 10:26-31 says, “But even the hairs of your head are all numbered” and Psalm 139 beautifully describes how well we are known by Him.
When I look at the Holy Cross, I see a Father whose only desire is for His children to let Him love them. He loves them by forgiving them; He loves them by healing them; He loves them by always being there for them. He loves them by never being tired of listening to them; He loves them by always providing for them; He loves them by respecting their will. He loves them from 6 AM to 6 AM. His Shekinah Glory is mysteriously and powerfully working in His children, allowing them to be and guiding them.
When I look at the Holy Cross, I see my Lord, the One who loves each one of His children as if no one else was on earth.
The Master said in John 20:17, “I am ascending to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God.” Therefore, let’s rejoice brothers and sisters for we are not orphans, we have a Father!
So, when I look at the Holy Cross, I see my and your Father. This is the mystery of the Holy Trinity.
The Eternal Father is mine and I am His; He is yours and you are His. His love for each one of us is unique as we are unique. He loves your smile, your features, your accent…
We don’t deserve to have Him as our Father, but my and your existence itself attests to His Fatherhood. You and I are living in the Heart of the Father: His Heart is Mercy and Love, and we are living in His Love and Mercy. If we weren’t, none of us would be alive because none of us deserve to exist.
We are His little children, and He is our Eternal Father, and this truth isn’t based on who we are but on who He is. Hence, as long as He is God, He will always be our Father. Love Himself is our Father.
As we talked about last time, He is not who He is because of our deeds but because it is His nature, and we are beyond privileged to be His children. You are His “heart.”
You and I are living glimpses of the Heart of the Father; we are living glimpses of His Love and Mercy: we are each one of us a unique handcrafted masterpiece, created by love for love. Therefore, your existence itself is a tiny display of what His Heart is full of; of who He is, Love, and Mercy Himself. All that our Eternal Father is, and everything that He does, take their root in Love. Each breath that you take is a testimony of His steadfast love for you. Every birthday that you celebrate is a celebration of this truth from Lamentation 3:22, “His mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning.”
This week, we are going to dwell on this beautiful and invariant truth and ponder it.
When no one understands us, and even when we don’t understand ourselves, know that He does. When no one cares, know that He does. When it seems like no one sees you or your deeds, know that He does. Nothing that you do or say goes unnoticed by your Heavenly Father. When it comes to you, everything matters to Him.
With the permission of the Master, and with your permission, I want to humbly ask you that when you feel unworthy—and we will all experience it because we are imperfect and we will fail Him—do not wait brothers and sisters; let’s run to the foot of the Holy Cross, repent there, go to confession, and go to Holy Mass. Allow Him to remind you by showing you how worthy you are.
Let’s not look at who we are to call Him Father, but always call Him Father for who He says He is, because He is unchangeable.
He is the Great I am.
How can we live up to a Father like Him? By imitating the Child Jesus.
We will go deeper into this next week.
May the heart of Jesus, in the Most Blessed Sacrament, be praised, adored, and loved with grateful affection, at every moment, in all the tabernacles of the world, even to the end of time. Amen.
We love you Abba, Father.

11/03/23 Day of fasting, prayer and penance
Happy Jesus’ day,
Today we are going to offer our today’s penances and prayers for peace in the world as Pope Francis invited us to do.
What is peace?
It is often defined as the most luxurious thing that only those who have authority and power can buy. It is also often defined as a dream that is meant to stay a dream.
Peace, if peace was an object, we would easily think that it is stored on the top of the highest mountain which makes it unreachable for many people except for those who are brave enough to climb the mountain.
What is peace?
If peace was a dream, it would be the easiest one for all of us to realize.
If peace was an object, it would be on the ground where any one of us can reach it.
Finally, if peace was a thing that is sold, it would be the most affordable item on earth that everyone even the poorest of the poorest can buy because Peace is us loving each other as Christ loves us and as we love ourselves.
May the heart of Jesus, in the Most Blessed Sacrament, be praised, adored, and loved with grateful affection, at every moment, in all the tabernacles of the world, even to the end of time. Amen.
We love you, Abba Father.

10/13/2023 100% made with love
Love, we read about it, listen to songs about it, and watch movies about it.
We are naturally drawn to it. If one day someone hypothetically says, “I have found love, and I am going to open a store to sell it.” I don’t think that “seller” would be able to contain the seven billion, and counting, customers in the world who would line up in front of the store hoping to buy “love.” I don’t think they would have enough “love” to sell either. But what I know for sure is that if I had heard that they were selling “love” ten years ago, I would have probably been one of those who would have spent nights, in line, waiting to buy it because we all long for love.
Without love, we are like fishes out of water.
But the good news is that Love isn’t a thing, and Love does not have a price. We are made by Love with one hundred percent love. We cannot run from ourselves, from who we really are. Who are we? The little children of the Most High, the children of Love, created by Love.
It is hard to believe this unchangeable truth when one has been lost for a while. But being lost hasn’t and will never take away our true identity or change this unfathomable truth, “We are loved by Love Himself.”
He loves us in a unique way, and it is an incomparable love. It is a love that forgives and forgets the wrong we do if we repent and ask for His forgiveness. It is a love that always seeks our good; it is a love that will never betray or fail us; it is a life-giving love. It is a love that looks after us, and never leaves us alone; a love that always provides for us, a love that protects and reassures us; a love that affirms us; a love of peace and gentleness; it is an eternal love that cannot be taken away or diminished but that keeps increasing for you and only you without a reason because that’s who He is, love Himself.
I know that this can sound like a fairytale, but if this truth is too heavy for you right now, be easy on yourself because we live in a society where each one of us is trying to define love according to our brokenness as if love is a thing or a feeling. Love is a person. The person of Jesus Christ. As no one can change the fact that you are human, you need to eat, sleep, and move… (You and I do not do all these because of someone, that is just us being humans) …similarly, we cannot change who Love is. He is good, patient, forgiving, gentle, and merciful. He doesn’t judge or condemn. He is who He is, not because of my or your deeds, but because He is love and He created you out of love for love.
So, brothers and sisters, be gentle with yourself because there are truths that are too beautiful to believe, and this is one of them; and He knows that. He knows that our human minds are too weak to be able to fathom who He is and who we are to Him. That’s why, although He could have sent a messenger to deliver to us the truth about Him, He said that you and I are worthy to see Him; although He could have sent an army on His behalf, He said that you and I are worth His time; you and I, as we are, are worth the time of the King. That’s why He stood up from His Holy Throne, put on human garments, and came down to not only tell you and me that He is love, and He created us out of love for love, but to also prove it with the sacrifice of His own life. He could have sacrificed one of His servants’ life, but He said, “You are mine and I am yours forever.”, so you are worth my own life.
When it comes to you, humiliation loses its power before our incarnated King.
Pain and suffering lose their strength to Him when it comes to you. You are His love, His heartbeat, His heir. You and I were one hundred percent created with Love. So, everything we are able to do as humans, from the smallest action to the biggest, is His love for us in action. Us, just being humans, is a tiny glimpse of the power of His love for each one of us on display.
I would like to humbly invite you, if you are reading this and if you don’t believe in Him or in His love for you, to find a Catholic Church that offers perpetual adoration near you (you will easily find one by googling it), and go spend time with Him even if you are not catholic or (and) do not believe in His real presence in the Holy Eucharist. We can only know someone and be assured of that person's love for us by having a relationship with him or her. One can say that God is everywhere, and yes indeed, He is. The place where He isn’t doesn’t exist.
But like every king, He, who is the King of kings, has a palace reserved especially for Him. Go see Him, go have a talk with Him, keep going, and never stop going until He speaks to you, and He will. He said, “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock the door and the door will be opened to you. For who asks, receives; and the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened.” Our relationship with our Lord in the Holy Eucharist is like it was two thousand years ago when The Master came to earth, it is Eternity made present. There, “He teaches without the noises of the words.”
Why is the Church doing a Eucharistic revival? Why am I inviting you to go see Him? Because we are like the Samaritan woman at the well who went back to the town to tell the people about her encounter with the Messiah; or like the apostle Philip who after he encountered the Lord, went to find Nathanael to tell Him the good news. At that time, our Lord fully human and fully God, was everywhere like today, but only visible in certain places. Those who wanted to see Him had to go to Him because He had made Himself visible in a way that our humanity can bear.
Our Savior, Jesus Christ, the Son of the Living God, body, blood, soul, and divinity is really present under the appearances of bread and wine.
Why? Because it is His will. (I will put a link below for passages about it in the Holy Bible.)
So, I encourage you to go see Him. When you will be there, do not let your eyes mislead you; do not let His appearance turn you away: what you are seeing is His humility that surpasses any understanding.
If you think that going to perpetual adoration is going to be a waste of time, go anyway, it will be the best way to waste your time.
If you think that those who believe in His real presence in the Holy Eucharist are delusional, this is an opportunity to prove us wrong. Go and read from your heart all the one hundred and fifty Psalms. By the end of it, He will reveal Himself to you in the Holy Eucharist because a good father will never ignore his child who is talking to him, and He is The Good Father, your and my Father, and we are His little children, the children of Love.
Love has created you,
Love will heal you,
Love is looking after you and Love will always take care of you.
Thank you for not giving up on life. Thank you for trusting in Him. Thank you for still standing despite all the challenges. Thank you for still believing in Him despite tears and pain. Know that you are loved now and forever.
May the heart of Jesus, in the Most Blessed Sacrament, be praised, adored, and loved with grateful affection, at every moment, in all the tabernacles of the world, even to the end of time. Amen.
We love you Father.

10/06/23 Religious and consecrated life
You must know them as religious sisters or consecrated women, but I call them women who are in love; I call them heroes of love, I call them lovers of the Sacred Heart; I call them the faces of The Living Christ; Who are they? They are servants who have been set aside for Love alone; they are living glimpses of our life in Heaven; They are women who are in love. They are servants of Love; Love Himself chose them, not because they deserve it but because of Who He is, Mercy Himself. And He is the One who will shape their hearts like His so they can beat in unison with His Holy Heart.
I call them soldiers for Love, the women who never leave His side: they walk with Him in His passion; sit at the foot of His Holy Cross; wait for Him in front of His tomb, and praise the Risen Lord.
And finally, I call them women who are at the school of the Holy Spirit, continually learning how to love and serve Him. If you are one of them and you are reading this, with the permission of your and my Master, I would like to Thank you for your yes and for your everyday yesses to Him. I pray that you might know and come to believe that you are His love, His perfect one, His dove. His Soul is failing Him when He spoke because words cannot express His unique love for you. For Him, you are radiant, outstanding among thousands… (Song of Solomon: The Groom’s song of Love);
We are begging our Holy Mama to intercede for each one of you so you will always choose love, and serve love in your daily life (In your look; in your smile; in your words; in your actions and interactions with others.)
If you are hearing Him calling you, do not be afraid. It is your beloved speaking to you: “Arise my love, my dove, my fair one, and come away;… Song of song 2:10” He is sick with love for you and you alone. Love is seeking you; Love is calling you. The living King has His left knee on the floor, asking you if you would like to go on an Eternal journey of love with Him. (And the King fell in love with His servant…)
It won’t be without storms but be assured that He will always, always be by your side. For better (when you have spiritual consolations), for worse (when you will experience challenges and (or) spiritual aridity or darkness), in sickness, and in health now and for eternity. (This call for intimacy with Him, is also for all the faithful. Religious sisters, with the help of the Holy Spirit, dedicate their lives to live that out, and to be a reminder, and an example to those around them of the universal call of union with Him and inviting and helping them to do the same through their prayers and different ministries.)
Ps: If you have discerned religious life and found out that your “road to Heaven” isn’t through religious or consecrated life, be at peace because your holiness isn’t based on “your road to Heaven” but on your love for Him expressed in your daily life and interactions with others.
May the heart of Jesus, in the Most Blessed Sacrament, be praised, adored, and loved with grateful affection, at every moment, in all the tabernacles of the world, even to the end of time. Amen.
We love you Father.

09/29/2023 The Child Jesus and the Mystery of Love
In her biography The Story of a Soul, our beloved sister Saint Therese shared with us one of the gifts that her sister Celine gave her when she returned from Midnight Mass. “I found in my room, in the center of a charming basin, a little boat carrying the Little Jesus asleep with a little ball at His side, and Celine had written these words on the white sail: “I sleep but my heart watches, and on the boat itself this one word: “Abandonment!”
What does abandonment to God mean? It is a complete trust in who God is. It is not based on our feelings or circumstances but only based on who He says He is: the great I AM; The Omnipotent One, The Omnipresent One, The Omniscient One, The Holy One…
Abandonment requires vulnerability, and vulnerability requires love and trust.
So we are going to have an honest one-on-one talk with ourselves with the help of the Holy Spirit. Whenever you have time, go to a place where you will have privacy with Him; If you feel safe, close your eyes, breathe in, and breathe out. Now let’s invite Him, “Spirit of Love and Gentleness, Spirit of Truth, and Mercy, I implore you for the grace to be aware of Your Holy presence. Breathe in and breathe out, He is here with you, and He is going to help you answer the questions that you are going to ask yourself because He knows us more than we know ourselves.
Now, ask yourself out loud these questions: First, “Who is God?” Not according to me, but according to Him, who is He? What are the attributes of God found in the Sacred Scriptures?
Now let’s read this out loud (You can also read them in your Holy Bible):
All loving or all good: God is love and the source of love. (John 4:16)
All-knowing. (Matthew 10:29)
All merciful. (Jeremiah 31:3)
Unchangeable: He remains the same.
All just. (Deuteronomy 32:4)
Infinite. (Deuteronomy 8:27)
Eternal: God, my God, and your God, is God all by Himself. “Before the mountains were begotten and the earth and the world were brought forth, from everlasting to everlasting you are God…” “Psalm 90:2).
All powerful: He can do all things. (Psalm 135:5-7) (Judith 16:13-14)
Everywhere. (Psalm 139:7-8)
Second question, “Do I truly believe that He is Love, He is everywhere, He is All-Knowing, All-Merciful, All-Powerful, Eternal, All Just, Unchangeable, Infinite?
Your answer, “…”
(Do not shy away from the areas where you have a hard time trusting Him or believing Him. Be honest with yourself and if your answer is no, be at peace acknowledging it and ask the Holy Spirit to give you clarity and knowledge about Him. He will answer you directly or (and) He will inspire you to talk to someone about it (A priest, a spiritual director, or a mentor, and sometimes a faith-based therapist), or to do Bible studies or to listen to good talks so He will speak to the areas where you need help through His servants that He will inspire you to listen to. And this applies to the other questions that will follow.)
Third question, “Based on who He is, can I (say your name) trust Him?”
Your answer, “…”
“Do I truly love Him? Not the idea of God but God Himself?
Your answer, “…”
After answering all these questions, with the help of the Holy Spirit, let’s meditate on this:
Jesus Christ, our Lord, our Savior, our Redeemer, our Master paved the way for us; and He did it perfectly. So, there is nothing that you and I will encounter in our journey home that He hasn’t been through before us. The end of our journey on earth has already been revealed to us if we stay faithful to Him:
“And they all lived happily ever after. Our Living Savior came so you and I can start our lives at the end of it. If your life was a movie, it would be called reverse chronology, which is a narrative structure and method of storytelling whereby the plot is revealed in reverse order. In a story employing this technique, the first scene shown is actually the conclusion to the plot.
Everything has already been accomplished by Him. That’s why baptism is so important because it is “the conclusion to the plot” of our story. After that, all you and I have to do is just to be faithful.
What do I mean by to be faithful? I mean to never give up.
How? First by recognizing that we cannot be faithful on our own even with our good effort and desire. So we need to beg The Paraclete to help us be faithful.
Secondly, we need to be true to ourselves. As it is known, Christianity without the Crucifixion is not truly Christianity. Though we have beautiful ends to the stories of our lives, our pilgrimages on earth won’t be without bruises; emotional bruises (Heartbreaks: a betrayal, the loss of a loved one…); and physical bruises (Illnesses...)
So as lovers and servants of the Living Heart, we need to prepare ourselves for them like one writes his or her will because it is inevitable. You and I need to protect our faith by preparing our minds for challenging seasons.
Only one word should be on the document of our will, and it is the same for you and me: Abandonment.
If you are like me, there are times when pain and suffering are threatening to choke me. And though I believe in Him, I trust Him from the core of my being, my reason knows without a doubt who He is, the pain and suffering are still there, and “doubt in Him and on my true identity” is roaring like a lion near me trying to devore me.
What can I do?
We can find the answer to this question by sitting at the foot of the Holy Cross. There, our Master has shown us what total abandonment to the Father looks like. And by blessing us with His real presence in the Holy Eucharist, He is abandoning Himself to us, making the first move like a good Father, and inviting us to do the same towards Him.
Who are humans for The Great I AM to allow them to hold Him, to decide how they will revere Him, honor Him?
Who are humans for The Prince of Peace, El Shaddai, Elohim, Yeshua, Love Himself to allow them to be one with Him?
The Child Jesus, fully human and divine, entrusted Himself to His Holy Mother and now He is entrusting Himself to us in the Holy Eucharist. He is making Himself vulnerable to teach us how to be vulnerable with Him.
You and I might be filled with imperfections, thinking negatively about ourselves but He trusts us, and He is allowing us every day when the priest lifts the Holy Host, to look at Him. But who are we to dare look at Him? Who are we to be called worthy to approach His Holy Altar and to be one with God?
We are who He says that we are, His beloved sons and daughters. We believe that we are worthy only because He says so; we believe that we are worthy of His trust only because He says so; We believe that we are His only because He says so.
How can we imitate the Child Jesus who is showing us how to imitate Him?
By just doing the same thing He did at Calvary: abandoning ourselves to our Heavenly Father like newborns resting on His shoulder regardless of our age and circumstances.
We, His little children should learn to live that out in our daily lives and learn to accept a love like His love. With compassion and deep reverence for our crosses, we are the spoiled generation; spoiled by Love Himself. Why does He love us that much? Because He is love and this is the mystery of love.
We will talk more about our spiritual infancy with our Heavenly Father in the upcoming weeks with the help of our beloved big sister Saint Therese.
May the heart of Jesus, in the Most Blessed Sacrament, be praised, adored, and loved with grateful affection, at every moment, in all the tabernacles of the world, even to the end of time. Amen.
We love you Father.

09/22/23 “Through him, and with him, and in him,
O God, almighty Father,
in the unity of the Holy Spirit,
all glory and honor is yours,
forever and ever.”
The Master is calling: “I want you as you are.”
On my journey on earth, I have met love through people around me. One thing I have believed for a very long time is that love was an unsolvable equation, and I was the variable. But it seemed like there was not any value in me that would make the equation true no matter how hard I tried. I was wrestling with myself for years until I encountered Him and discovered this unchangeable truth: there is no variable in love, and I have no part in it. Love is not an equation but Who He is.
Who is He? The One Who was, Who is, and will always be, Elohim, The Holy One. So, Love was, is, and will always be regardless of how we look, how we feel, what we do and say, and how things are going in our lives… because Love cannot deny His nature.
Love is a person. In order for you and me to be aware that we are loved, and to learn how to love, we need to be very close to Him, study Him, worship Him, and praise Him. As many of us know, we were made by Love, for Love. So, there is nothing that you and I can do to earn it or to make Him stop loving us. With the permission of the One who created you, and if you allow me, I would like to talk to you as an individual, you who is reading this:
“He loves you. Yes, He loves you. He loves everything about you; your smile, your features, your skin tone, your hair, your accent… But I know that like me, you have failed Him in many ways. But know that there is nothing you can do to make Him stop loving you or diminish His love and care for you. His love for you increases every day independently of you. He wants you as you are, but like me, you must make a choice and take back the rights that you gave to the devil by going to confession.
Like me, every time you willingly sin, you are hurting yourself. In other words, anything you willingly do or say without love will hurt you because you were created by Love for love.
The action of sinning gives rights to the evil because sin is who he is. For example, if you lie, gossip, or steal something from someone, you are acting in the very nature of satan. You are using something from him to satisfy your desire and nothing coming from him is free. Without realizing it, like me, when you sin you are welcoming the father of lies into your life and he is going to steal everything from you starting with your peace and your joy by sowing confusing lies about their true meaning.
Dear “heart of Jesus”, this is not to scare you but like me, to open your eyes to how destructive sin is. You might be wondering, “What about when I unintentionally sin?”
Repent and do an act of reparation if you are able to (For example, apologize if you have hurt someone; if you have stolen something from someone, return it to that person…), and whenever you have time make it a priority to go to confession. The Master is calling you, with all your imperfections to be completely His. Love wants to be one with you, but He cannot unite Himself to someone attached to sin. So, make it intentional to end the era of sin in your life by first, going regularly to confession; and secondly, going to daily Mass. The only way to fight our addictions to sin is by clinging to Him and there is no better way to cling to Him than uniting ourselves to Him in the reception of Holy Communion. If you are not Catholic, I would like to humbly invite you to join the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA). Find the nearest Catholic Church near you for more information about it (you will easily find one on Google).
(If you are a devout Catholic and like me, you must have challenging seasons in which you don’t experience Jesus’ peace and joy or you don’t feel His presence as you used to. During those times, I would like to humbly encourage you to keep on loving and trusting Him and to remind yourself daily that He is in you, so His peace and joy are in you. Talk back to the dryness, “I might be going through a hard time right now, and it might have been a very long time since I experienced His peace and joy, but I believe in His real presence in the Holy Eucharist, so I believe that my King is alive, and I am a living monstrance of His Majesty.)
In the meantime, join us to give Him glory:
“Through Him: We will go about our days doing everything through Him. Let’s make it intentional before doing anything, from brushing our teeth in the morning to turning off the light at night to do every little action through Him. For example, “Jesus I am going to talk to my wife, my children, my coworker, my sibling, my friend… (name the person with whom you are about to talk to even if it is to just say hi.) through You. We are doing everything through Love Himself.
“and with Him”: We are the Little children of the Most High. We cannot do anything good without our Father. So we are going to try to go about our daily duties doing everything with Him and try to remember that we are not doing them alone but with Him. For example, if you have an important meeting or a job interview, after preparing yourself, you should try to remember that you are doing this with Jesus. Same thing if we are cooking or cleaning our house, let’s remind ourselves that we are His little children and we want to cook and clean the house with Him because we do not want to do anything without Him.
“and in Him
O God, almighty Father,
in the unity of the Holy Spirit,
all glory and honor is Yours,
forever and ever.”: We live to give Him Glory. Every single word that comes out of our mouth and any action that we do should be to give Him glory. Let’s intentionally examine the root of our actions and before saying anything let’s ask ourselves, “ Is love the reason why I am about to say what I want to say? In my honest opinion, will Love be the fruit of what I am about to say?
But we cannot achieve all these good desires without His help. Every morning, let’s beg Him through the Immaculate Heart of Mama Mary to give us the graces that we need to live out in our daily lives these eloquent words from Holy Mass.
Our today act: Send an “I love you.” message or email to someone (the person or persons the Holy Spirit will bring to your mind).
Why do we do this act? First, because we want to accustom ourselves to frequently saying out loud to our loved ones that we love them. Jesus is loving them through us, and His Love heals. Us saying it to them is allowing the Master to say these life-giving words to them. Secondly, we want to keep reminding ourselves of its true meaning: “To consistently will and choose the good of the other.”, St Thomas Aquinas.
May the heart of Jesus, in the Most Blessed Sacrament, be praised, adored, and loved with grateful affection, at every moment, in all the tabernacles of the world, even to the end of time. Amen.
We love you Father.
09/15/2023 The Holy Bible
Happy Jesus’ day beloved daughters and sons of the Most High,
“This is the day the Lord has made. Let us rejoice and be glad in it.”
What can seem like another day is actually a unique day. Everything about it is new and unique even if it has some similarities with the past days. A day that your Heavenly Father has made for you and you alone so you can spend it with Him in your daily routine, interaction with others, in your work, and activities. Is a child able to do anything at all without the help of her or his parent? No, so today and every day we are going to implore His grace, so we can work with His own hands, walk with His own feet, think with His mind, obey through His Holy obedience, speak with His wisdom, be courageous through His own courage, be humble through His humility and love with His heart.
Today I would like to invite you to join us on a journey of getting to know our roots by studying the Holy Bible with the Emmaus Academy at the Saint Paul Center. Each one of us is going to own what is written in the Holy Bible as if it is the plan of God for “your” (for you) and “my” (for me) salvation. In order for us to trust our Eternal Father who is holding each one of us in His arms, and in order for us to abandon ourselves completely to His care we need to know Him; by knowing Him, we will know ourselves and by knowing ourselves we will be able to be a light to others.
Here’s the link. To have full access to their content, one will have to subscribe. They have three options: one free and the other two options are $15/month and $20/month: St. Paul Center (stpaulcenter.com)

09/08/2023 Human Beings, who are we and who are You, Good Lord?
As our big brother St. Francis, at one point in our lives, we all have asked ourselves this question not specifically using the same exact words but seeking the same meaning, “Who are you, Lord my God, and who am I?”.
Who God is, is a question that we can start answering here on earth based on how He revealed Himself to us and keeps revealing Himself to us but to fully know who He is and to give a definitive answer to this question that is beyond our human comprehension, we will have to wait until we step into eternity to get to fully know the One who is an Eternal being.
Sometimes, we can find ourselves faced with this question from unbelievers and sometimes from our own hearts “If He is real why no one can fully know Him? The answer is simply that He is God, and it is fitting that we are not able to fully know Him, and the reality is that us being unable to fully know Him is Him loving us because our little human minds are too weak to be able to bear and comprehend fully who He is.
But on this side of heaven, He doesn’t want to be completely unknown to us, so He has revealed Himself in the Holy Bible and through the lives of the saints in a way that our human mind can bear.
I would like to share with you the story of Erica who is an angel. Erica is in love with her Master and lives with Him in Heaven. But like most of us when we love, we want to meet people that our loved one loves. So, one day, she asked Him if she could come on earth to see what He has created, to meet those He created, and to have the opportunity to serve Him as a human. Her request was granted but He told her that He was going to partially and temporarily erase her memory and when she would come down, she would have to seek Him.
These are her own words:
“I woke up one day in someone’s garden. It was breezy which felt good on my skin. Colorful leaves were covering the ground, some were falling from the tree, they were beautiful. My Lord granted me a human body, so I will fit in. But He didn’t tell me that there is a Power in my being, an intelligent and powerful One who knows how to work independently and perfectly in each part of my body. It is not a thing because the power is beyond my own intellect and knowledge since I wouldn’t have known and even be able to create for example what my eyes need to be able to allow me to see or what I need to be able to walk. He is beyond my humanity. But one thing I know without a doubt is that He knows how to love because I was only few minutes on earth and yet the Power at work in me allowed me to be able to see, recognize, and delight before the beauty of nature and to be able to feel the gentle caress of the breeze. I also realized that He is the One Who is at work in the tree that I was just admiring. He is regulating everything in it as He is doing in my body to allow it to be.
I stood up and started walking. A woman was walking in front of me with her dog while talking on the phone. Three other people, a couple pushing a stroller were walking on the other side of the road while talking and laughing. I noticed an elderly woman in a wheelchair who was reading a book on the porch of a house.
On the road, I saw people driving. I realized that all of those people’s abilities to move, see, act, and just be, were similar to mine. It confirmed my marvelous discovery: It is not only me but all humans and living creatures without exception have a mysterious Power in them. Though being the same power, He was uniquely working in them in a way one would think that He is different. Our Humanity is exuding His omnipotence.
What struck me is that none of us needed anyone to stop using “The power” in order to allow any of us to use it. All of us were strangers but able to multitask using the same Power. For example, the people who were driving, none of the drivers needed the other drivers driving next to him or her to stop using The Power to allow him or her to use it in order to be able to drive. It is the same Power Who was working in all of us at the same time but powerfully and independently.
I looked to my left and saw lilies. Each flower was shaped differently but perfectly and beautifully as if someone took his or her time to shape them and flawlessly color them one by one and brought them to life. I recognized in them the same power Who was quietly and mysteriously monitoring to perfection everything in us with a tremendous respect for our will.
I couldn’t contain my curiosity, so I asked a man who was walking next to me, “Hi sir, may I please ask you an important question? If it is confidential, please know that I won’t be offended if you can’t answer me. What is “The Power” that allows you and I to be able to live?”
He said, “I wouldn’t be able to explain it well to you but centuries ago, the scientists discovered how our body works so I would recommend you read about it.” I thanked him and I did as he recommended. I didn’t only read about it, I studied it for fourteen years, but it left me thirstier for the truth because I knew now that my body is a work of outstanding artistry, and I discovered that “The Power” that I am using is actually the same Who created me. I saw Him at work in every sign of life, but I still don’t know how He is working, and the person behind it since He is invisible; invisible but yet very present in His works. But after I studied the needs of my body, I found out that He doesn’t only know how to love, He is Love Himself:
Most of our human bodies are water, yet He created it in a way we can adapt it to our needs. Also, no human can survive without food. He could have made it taste blank or deprived us of the ability to taste it for our entire life and no one would have ever known the real taste of what we eat. But every time I take a bite of my favorite meal, I enjoy it. The Power who created the ingredients of my favorite dish uniquely created them with my taste buds in mind. To capture what I am saying, it is like a parent who goes to the grocery store to buy food for her or his child. With an idea of what her or his child likes, that parent will buy the ingredients to make a meal that the child will enjoy. But in our case, He didn’t buy the ingredients, He created them ahead of time, before we were, knowing what each one of us would like.
From the quiet beauty of a tomato or an avocado for example, to the smell of garlic or thyme, to the delicious flavor of a well-cooked steak, I know with certitude that they have been carefully and purposely made so I can eat with my eyes, my nose, and taste with my mouth.
I realized that whenever I am enjoying a meal, I am eating His love. Every time I am thirsty and drinking water or my favorite beverage, I am drinking His love for me; every time I smell my favorite fragrance, even my ability to be able to smell the good smell is me smelling His love for me and when a loved one give me a hug or a handshake, I am touching His love. I can see, smell, eat, taste, and touch His love. Every time I am able to feel whether it is anger, joy, or depression, it is the Power working in me that allows me to express the feelings of my heart. Even that is also because He loves me. I cannot imagine living without being able to feel joy or sadness when I am actually experiencing it. Quite often, I take that for granted.
All these left me still wondering, “Love, who are you?”
I know now without a doubt that even if I was naked on the street, I am loved; even if I was starving, I am loved because to even be able to feel hunger is “The Power” Who loves me Who is allowing me to feel that; even if I am an outcast, a leper begging on the street, I might be in pain, crying but I am loved. I am loved whether I am sad or happy; I am loved regardless of what I have and who is by my side; I am loved whether I have food or not, whether I feel pretty or not; I am loved, that’s one thing I know, I am loved not because I have … or don’t have …(Fill in the blanks) but because Love is my power, The source of my being and Who is quietly working in me.
I started asking everyone about His identity until one day, one of my oldest patients told me with a smile “You are seeking Him and He is waiting for you in the Holy Tabernacle.” Then everything came back to me, “I will erase your memory and you will have to seek me.”
As I pushed the door of my “Home”, I fell right on my knees before Him, and said like Thomas, “My Lord and my God”. “The Power is Your Spirit, The Holy Spirit. Lord, I know who you are, You are Love and I am loved.”
This is the sum up of a fiction book called “Came from Heaven.”, and Erica is just one of the characters of the book. But who He is for Erica, is also who He is for you and I, Love Himself. And who Erica is, is who we are, we are loved, created by Love for love. So let’s relearn how to love by getting to know Him and how He loves us.
Let’s give Him glory:
Glory be to God,
Glory be to the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob
Glory be to Emmanuel
Glory be to the Great I am
Glory be to Jehovah
Glory be to The One who sits on the Throne
Glory be to our Savior
Glory be to the One who is Our Shield
Glory be to the One who is our Unfailing provider
Glory be to our Unfailing protector
Glory be to You Father,
We love You, we adore You and we give You glory.
